Motorola Droid RAZR XT912 into Recovery

• Turn off your phone
• Press and hold the Power Key + Volume Down together till the screen on
• Quickly press Power Key + Volume Up + Volume Down
• Your phone into the Bootloader Mode
• Press Volume Down to highlight Recovery item
• Press Volume Up to confrim your select
• Press Volume Up + Volume Down together when you see an Android logo
• Your Phone into Recovery

Install

• Place the downloaded Jelly Bean file to the root of your External SDCard
• Make sure running a stock ICS on your phone, Because this is only OTA file, not full rom. Also, you should remember to back up your important files.
• Put your Droid RAZR into Recovery Mode
• Select install update from external sdcard item in recovery
• Wait for installing
• Reboot the phone after finished
• Enjoy
